Recipe for Latke's for Chanukah

5 big potatoes-peal and cut up into small chunks
2 or 3 or 4 ish eggs-

plump onion-diced
1/3 cup of matzo meal
1 teaspoon salt
oil for frying

Add eggs, flour and salt onions and potato's into the blender or Cuisenart
Mix well.
Warm up oil in frying pan.
Pour batter onto the oil in spoonfuls.
Let fry for about five minutes on medium fire.
Turn over and let fry for another three minutes.
Take out your latkes and lay them on paper towel to cool.

eat and enjoy and complain a little about how your Grandmother made them and never used a blender only a grater- Some like it one way and some another but everyone likes latke's hot
